A key ingredient in our Cucumber & Sweet Pepper Relish, we use the best-quality, "wonky" cucumbers that might have otherwise gone to waste.

Keeping food miles to a minimum, we get our cucumbers fresh from a family farm in the Lea Valley, an area traditionally known as the Market Garden of London.

Producing over five million(!) cucumbers a year, in the height of the picking season (Feb-Oct) a cucumber can grow in just 2 weeks and can regrow two or three times a season.
