These terms and conditions govern your use of the trade section of our website and by using our site you are agreeing to them.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time and so you should check here regularly. Your continued use of the website after any change has been made is your acceptance of the change.

Our use of your personal information will be in line with our Privacy Policy.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron.

Delivery: We endeavour to send you your order as quickly as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 3 to 4 working days (or earlier where we can). Ownership of goods does not pass until all monies due have been received. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to surcharge invoices as the law allows, and to withhold orders in the event of non-compliance.

Delivery Charges: There is no minimum order on trade orders. Orders o value £0-£99.99 will incur a £10 delivery charge. Orders of £100-£199.99 will incur a £5 delivery charge. Orders of £200 cases/tubs will receive free delivery. Delivery outside of UK mainland may be subject to additional charges.

Credit Card Security: Card payments made on the website are all sent straight to Secure Trading and kept on their server which is recognised as 100% PCI compliant.

Returns Policy: If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please call us to arrange a replacement and return of the product.

Trade promotions: All trade promotions are subject to change at any time. Triggers on promotions when, for example, a customer orders "over 16 cases" is only applicable if all cases/tubs have been ordered at the same time. Promotions are only valid online on trade.tracklements.co.uk and not on orders placed over the phone, via email or via third party websites.

Promotional codes: Promotional codes must be used online and by the specified date. The offer is as stated on the communication you receive. Promotional codes are only valid on the trade section of the website unless otherwise stated . Only valid for use at trade.tracklements.co.uk. We reserve the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time without prior warning and without notification. Promotional codes do not effect minimum order requirements.

Tracklements have the right to refuse or withdraw promotions at any time and without given warning.

Virus protection: We make every effort to check and test our websites during production. However, we would advise you to run an anti-virus program on anything you download from the internet. We accept no liability for any loss, disruption or damage to your computer system or your data caused by using this website or arising as a result of having used the website.

The Tracklement Company Ltd. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product contained on this website. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.

Prices, and details, of products (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice.
