Trade Survey Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
By completing & returning the Tracklements Customer Survey, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The survey competition is being run by The Tracklement Company Ltd.
Eligibility to enter:
The prize draw is open to any and all Tracklements retail customers who participate in the Tracklements Customer Survey. By returning the survey in full, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize awarded to you. The survey must be completed before 12pm on 28th August 2024 to be in the prize draw.
The Prize:
Following the closure of the Tracklements Customer Survey, all respondents who responded and completed all fields necessary will be entered into a random prize draw. The three winners of the prize draw will be selected at random, and will be eligible to receive the prize of a £75 John Lewis Voucher or £100 credit each, of their choosing. The three winners will be contacted via email AND/OR phone, and transfer of the prize will be arranged between the winner and their Tracklements account manager.
The survey will close at 12pm on 28th August 2024 and the prize draw will take place by the 30th September.
